Every garment from 24 Hour Kandura is made to order — individually cut, tailored, and finished by our atelier.

Because each piece is bespoke, it is created uniquely for you and cannot be refunded or returned once production begins.
This policy reflects the standards of couture craftsmanship and ensures every creation remains exclusive.

⚜️ The 24K Fit Promise

Perfection is our signature.
If, for any reason, your outfit does not fit perfectly upon arrival, our 24K Concierge will personally guide you through a private video call to review measurements and styling details.

After your consultation, our master tailors will craft a new outfit at no additional charge to guarantee an impeccable fit.

You will only be responsible for shipping fees related to the replacement delivery.

⚜️ Sustainability & Giving Back

There is no need to return the original piece.
We invite you to donate it locally — allowing your first 24K creation to continue its story as a gesture of generosity and sustainability.
