How does the 24K global drop and the custom process work?
Every kandura begins with your unique measurements. Once your order is placed, our 24K Fit System guides you step-by-step. Your garment is then handcrafted in Dubai and delivered directly to you.
What if my kandura doesn’t fit?
If your fit is off, our 24K Fit Concierge will schedule an online consultation with you to review measurements. You cover shipping, and we create and send a replacement. No return is needed..
Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. Upon payment and receipt of payment you receive your tracking number - 24K is on the way.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every 24K piece is made to your exact measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Instead, we guarantee or replace your fit through our concierge service.
How long does it take to receive my kandura?
24 hours is our guarantee to craft and get your tracking number to you. We ship from Dubai, time depends on your location.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I order fabric swatches before deciding?
Yes. Fabric swatches are available for $50 plus shipping, allowing you to feel and see the fabric before committing to your full order if needed.
