How do I make a purchase?
Quite easy actually. See a kandura you like choose it. Follow the steps in the measuring guide or set up an instant video call with our 24K Fit Concierge to get measured. Provide contact details, email and a shipping address. Pay and in 24 hours you receive your tracking details - 24K is on the way.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
TYou have made payment, sent in your measurements and provided a shipping address - you receive a confirmation email.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Up to 20 hours after you have placed an order a shipping address can be changed. Anything later and our logistics already have it on its way. If changes need to be made to an item already shipped you will bear costs if carrier is able to and if not it goes to the address and you can pick it up

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. 24K ships worldwide 100+ countries.
When will my order be shipped?
24 hours. We are the first and currently the only brand in our space to do this. Once we receive your payment and measurements along with a valid shipping address in 24 hour you receive your tracking number - 24K is on the way!
What is your return policy?
Because every 24K piece is made to your exact measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Instead, we guarantee your fit through our concierge service.
If your fit is off, our 24K Fit Concierge will schedule an online consultation with you to review measurements. You cover shipping, and we create and send a replacement at no additional cost. No return is needed.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
In 24 hours you receive your tracking numbr. We ship from Dubai so it depends what part of the world you are in but rest assured it is on its way.
Fitting FAQs
I am having difficulty with the measurement.
No worries. You can schedule a video call with our 24K Fit Concierge - you will need someone else with you to do the measuring, a tape measure, pen and paper.
Do I send my measurements in centimeters or inches?
Either or BUT you must indicate that its in cm or inches. Always include a full body photo from front and side so tailors can reference it.
Can I book an in-person fitting in Dubai?
Yes. Our flagship 24K Experience offers private fittings and cultural immersion in Dubai.
I am not a tailor. How do i take my measurements?
You can measure yourself, though we recommend having a friend assist for accuracy. A tailor is not required.
Our 24K Fit System provides a clear, step-by-step guide with visuals. All you need is a measuring tape and a few minutes of focus.
What tools do I need to measure accurately?
A soft measuring tape, paper and a pen is all that’s required. We advise avoiding rulers or metal tapes, as they don’t capture drape and movement.
Can I use the size of a kandura I already own?
Yes, you may use an existing kandura as reference, but we strongly recommend taking fresh measurements for best results.
Do you offer video or live consultation for measurements?
Yes. We have reference videos OR book an appointment with our 24K Fit Concierge for a live session.
What happens if my kandura doesn’t fit after giving measurements?
Our 24K Fit Concierge guide you through re-measurement, and after shipping fees are covered, we create and send a new one. No need to return, we do this once.
Do you offer measurement services for bulk/group orders (like weddings)?
Yes. We can coordinate measurement sessions virtually or in-person for wedding parties, families, or corporate groups.
What is the 24K Fit System, and how does it work?
It’s our proprietary measurement guide, built on years of tailoring experience in Dubai. It simplifies the process while maintaining precision.
