1. Global Delivery, Tailored for You

Every 24K creation begins in our Dubai atelier and ends wherever you are in the world.
Once your bespoke garment is completed, it is entrusted exclusively to DHL Express, our official global logistics partner.
Delivery is included with every order — because the 24 K experience is complete only when it arrives at your door.

We deliver anywhere worldwide within five (5) business days from dispatch.

2. Inclusive Shipping

Shipping costs are included in all listed prices.

No additional courier or handling fees apply at checkout.

The only exception is for replacement pieces crafted under our Fit Promise — in those cases, you will pay shipping only, never tailoring or production costs.

3. Processing & Dispatch

Bespoke Production: completed within 24 hours of confirmed measurements.

Quality Control & Packaging: 1 business day for steaming, finishing, and preparation.

Dispatch: handed to DHL Express at the next available pickup window.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number the moment your order leaves our atelier.

5. Customs & Duties

All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) unless otherwise stated.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the client’s responsibility upon arrival.
DHL Express will contact you directly if any charges apply.

7. Failed Deliveries or Refusals

If a shipment cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or refusal, DHL will return it to us.
Re-shipment will incur a delivery charge payable by the client.
